Why is the cloud not showing when I enable the add-on?

If you cannot see a cloud or application listed when selecting add-ons in SysCloud, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Cloud/App not in backup scope
    The cloud or application you are trying to enable is not currently included in your existing backup job.

Solution: Edit the job to add relevant cloud/ application in the scope. Once the cloud/app is included in the backup scope, you should be able to see it when selecting the add-on.

  • Add-on not purchased
    The selected add-on has not been purchased or activated for the specific cloud or application.

  • Add-on not applicable
    The add-on you chose does not support the selected cloud/ app.

  • Add-on license limitations
    The add-on you are trying to enable cannot be applied due to licensing restrictions. This could occur in the following cases:

    • The add-on has not been purchased for any licenses.
    • The add-on has been purchased but is already fully utilized (e.g., purchased for 20 licenses and already applied to all 20).
