Why am I not able to back up my Google Drive files?
If you are not able to back up Google Drive, it could be due to these reasons:
- Trial period limitation: If you are a trial user, you will be able to back up only the data created in the previous one month. This is our default setting for trial version users.
- API access: If API access has not been enabled, our application would not be able to perform API requests.
- Data access: If data access has not been enabled, our application cannot back up data.
- Enable backup: Check if backup has been enabled for:
- User
- Organization Unit
- Domain
- Applications
