As the account holder, you will receive an email from SysCloud inviting you to activate the delete archives feature. This email will contain a button labeled "**Enable Delete Archives**." **Note:** To ensure the security of your backed-up data, each deletion must be authenticated through an authenticator app. If you have not yet set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), [click here](https://help.syscloud.com/enable-multi-factor-authentication?hsLang=en) for instructions on enabling it. Log in to the SysCloud application and click the "**Enable Delete Archives**" button in the email to initiate the activation. **Note:** The activation link is valid for only 24 hours. If it expires, please raise a support ticket.
