How to activate delete archives feature in the SysCloud backup application?

As the account holder, you will receive an email from SysCloud inviting you to activate the delete archives feature. This email will contain a button labeled "Enable Delete Archives."

Note: To ensure the security of your backed-up data, each deletion must be authenticated through an authenticator app. If you have not yet set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), click here for instructions on enabling it.

Log in to the SysCloud application and click the "Enable Delete Archives" button in the email to initiate the activation.

Note: The activation link is valid for only 24 hours. If it expires, please raise a support ticket. Our support team will promptly send you a new link.
