How to export entire Gmail mailbox for a user?

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.  

Step 2: Navigate to Archives> Google Workspace> Gmail.  

Step 3: Click the checkbox next to the user whose Gmail mailbox you want to export. 

Step 4: Click “Export As” to select the format you want to download the mailbox in or simply click “Export”. 

Step 5: Enter any comments if required (this will be added to the export report). 

Step 6: Click “Export”.
