How to view your SysCloud backup archives
Follow these steps to view your SysCloud backup archives.
Steps
- Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your credentials.
- Go to Archives.
- From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select the Google Workspace for a consolidated view.
- Select the required archive tab for the consolidated view:
- User archives: To view user-level backup archives. This view provides the information for each user:
- what all apps are backed up,
- backup storage,
- backup status,
- schedule for next backup
- Discovery tags/ Action tags, if add-ons are configured.

Use the search bar: Type the name of the user and press Enter
Filter option is available to filter the users based on the certain criteria like- User status
- Apps backed up
- Backup status
- Domain name
- If add-ons enabled,
- Discovery tags
- Action tags
- Risk – Compliance alerts
- Risk – Ransomware alerts
- Confidence level – Anomaly

The list of users can be downloaded in a CSV format file.
- App archives: To view app-level backup archives. This view provides information for each app like:
- Backup storage
- Number of users backed up

Filter option is available to filter the users based on the certain criteria like- Domain name
- If add-ons enabled,
- Discovery tags
- Action tags
- Risk – Compliance alerts
- Risk – Ransomware alerts
- Confidence level – Anomaly
- User archives: To view user-level backup archives. This view provides the information for each user:
- For individual apps under Google Workspace like Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Shared Drive, Contacts, and Classroom, follow the steps mentioned below.
