How to raise an exception for a violation?

Follow these steps to raise an exception for your violation:

  1. Log in to the SysCloud Security and Backup Application.
  2. Based on the type of policy that you violated, click on any of the following options:
    1. “DLP”→“Policy Violations”
    2. “Apps Firewall”→“Policy Violations”
    3. “User Behavior”→“Policy Violations”
    4. “Compliance”→“Policy Violations.”
    5. “Web Filter”→“Flagged Activities.”

  3. Select the service: Drive, Mail, Apps firewall, Sites, Web Filter, or User Behavior.

  4. Click on the hazard icon under the “Status” column.

  5. Type in your reason and click the “SEND TO ADMIN→” option.

  6. You will receive a notification alert for the requested exception.
