How can I remove users with zero data (0B) stored in SysCloud to free up license slots?

Only applicable to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Users with zero data stored can take up license slots unnecessarily. To identify users with zero data stored:

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials. 

Step 2: Click on "Archives" and go to "user archives"

Step 3: Sort users based on their storage usage to identify users with zero data.

Step 4: Contact our SysCloud support team to delete the users.
