Error message: Gmail backup failed. SysCloud no longer has access to your Google Workpace account or the SysCloud application was deleted.
Follow these instructions to resolve the SysCloud application access error:
- Login to your domain’s Google Workspace Admin console Home page.
- Click on the ‘Apps’ menu.
- On the ‘Apps’ menu page, click the ‘Google Workspace Marketplace apps’ option and select the 'Apps list'.
- All the third-party marketplace apps installed for your Google Workspace account will be listed. Search for the ‘SysCloud Security And Backup’ app and click on it.
- Click on the SysCloud application. Under user access, select "View organisational units and groups." Make sure that the ‘SysCloud Security And Backup’ app is ‘ON for everyone’. Also, make sure that the ‘Data access’ is granted to the SysCloud app.
