Syscloud Application Unable to Access G Suite
Error message: Gmail backup failed. It appears SysCloud no longer has access to your G Suite account or the SysCloud application was deleted.
Follow these instructions to resolve the SysCloud application access error:
- Login to your domain’s G Suite Admin console Home page.
- Click on the ‘Apps’ menu.
- In the ‘Apps’ menu page, click on the ‘Marketplace apps’ option.
- All the third-party marketplace apps installed for your G Suite account will be listed. Search for the ‘SysCloud Security And Backup’ app and click on it.
- You will be redirected to the ‘Settings for SysCloud Security And Backup’ page. Here make sure that the ‘SysCloud Security And Backup’ app is ‘ON for everyone’. Also, make sure that the ‘Data access’ is granted to the SysCloud app.
