Target User for File Restoration Not Found

Unable to find the user to whom the file(s) has to be restored.

Here's why -

The targeted user account seems to be deleted or suspended from the Box account. Therefore, SysCloud is unable to perform the restore to the targeted user.

Resolution:

  • If the targeted user has been deleted from Box account, retry restore to a different Box user.
  • If the targeted user has been suspended from Box account, reactivate the user and retry the restore.
  • Or, manually export the selected files and store them locally.
