What are the settings with which the classroom is restored?

Due to Google Classroom API limitations, SysCloud cannot restore certain class settings when restoring a Google Classroom.

When a classroom is restored, the class is created with Google Classroom’s default settings for options that cannot be restored through the API.

Default settings applied to a restored classroom

Setting	Behaviour after restore
Class invite code/link	A new class invite code, or link is generated by Google Classroom. The original invite code is not restored.
Stream permissions	Students can post and comment in the Stream tab.
Deleted items	Deleted items are not restored as a visible class setting. Teachers can manually show or hide deleted items from Classroom settings, if required.
Guardian email summaries	Guardian email summaries are not restored. They must be enabled manually if required.
Overall grades	Overall grades are export-only.

These settings are controlled by Google Classroom and are not restored by SysCloud because they are either read-only or not available for update through the supported Google Classroom APIs.
