Why am I not able to view user archives
The user archives are visible to those admins that have been provided the ‘Access to users data’ setting in the SysCloud settings page.
Note: If you are a backup administrator, contact your Super Administrator for access to the user archives. If you are a Super Administrator who needs this enabled, contact your Account Owner.
If you are a Super Administrator and need to enable this for another administrator, follow the steps below to enable viewing of user archives.
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the Settings icon from the header.
Step 2: In the Settings dropdown, select Access Management.
Step 3: Under Roles, select the role of the admin to whom you want to grant the user archives access.
Step 4: Select the admin, and check the Access to users data box on the right-hand pop-up screen. Click ‘Save.’
