How can I connect my Google Workspace account to the SysCloud backup application?

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Select Cloud connection center.

Step 4: In the Cloud connection center page, locate Google Workspace.

Step 5: Click Connect in the Action column in the row of Google Workspace.

If one or more Google Workspace accounts are already connected, click the edit icon under the Action column, in the row of Google Workspace.

Step 6: In the Google Workspace – Connect side tray, Click on Connect and add accounts to add your account.

Step 7: In the Google sign-in window, select the Google Workspace super administrator account you want to connect to SysCloud.

If browser pop-ups are blocked, allow pop-ups for SysCloud and try again.

Step 8: If the SysCloud app is not already installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be redirected to the Marketplace installation page. Click Admin install.

Step 9: Click Continue.

Step 10: Review the requested permissions and data access requirements. Select the required installation scope and click Finish.

Step 11: After the installation is complete, click Done to close the Google Workspace Marketplace window.

Step 12: You will be redirected back to SysCloud.

Step 13: Click Add account to complete the Google Workspace account connection in SysCloud.

The Google Workspace account is now connected to the SysCloud backup application.
