Why is my cloud disconnected?
Your cloud needs to be connected to SysCloud for us to be able to back up data. An admin from your SysCloud account should have manually disconnected the cloud from the backup job.
All the backups and restores associated with the account have been stopped.
To completely disconnect your Google Workspace account, after disconnecting from the SysCloud App, remove the application from your Google Apps.
